CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Cancelation requests must be made in writing to info@buzios-brasilien.de or by telephone/fax to the following number:

Cancelations will be charged according to the chart below:

Low Season: (From April the 1^st to December the 14^th)
At least 14 days in advance - free of charge
Less than 14 days in advance - 50% of the total of the reservation

High Season: (From December the 15^th to March the 31^st)
At least 14 days in advance - free of charge
Less than 14 days in advance - 100% of the total of the reservation

Special Packages: (New Year, Carnival, Easter and others)
At least 14 days in advance - 25 % of the total of the reservation
Less than 14 days in advance - 100% of the reservation

NO SHOW

No Show is considered when the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date reserved. The suite or the apartament will be available for 24 hs. After such period the reservation will be deemed cancelled and we will follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy (less than 14 days cancelation will be applied).
